4/9/2020 - First and foremost, we hope you are staying safe and healthy.
To consume tap water under the advisory, run the cold tap water for two to three minutes and then filter it through an NSF-certified filter, like the faucet and pitcher filters we have provided. Be sure to follow all manufacturers’ instructions to ensure proper filter use.
There is no need to filter tap water for non-consumption purposes, like washing your hands, washing dishes, doing laundry and bathing.

4/23/2020 - We know that everyone is spending more time at home these days
We know that everyone is spending more time at home these days and, if you are under the advisory, we want to remind you to replace your filters as needed.
Under the advisory, you can consume your tap water if you run the cold water for two to three minutes and use filters that are certified to remove lead, like those we provided. It is important to follow all manufacturers’ instructions included with the filters to ensure proper use. For the faucet filter we provided, start planning to replace the filter once the indicator light flashes yellow; when the indicator light is red, it is time to replace it.
There is no need to filter tap water for non-consumption purposes.
