This is your state representative, Anthony DeLuca. First and foremost, I hope you are doing well in these unprecedented times. As we have all experienced this year, COVID-19 has significantly impacted all of us. As your representative, I am committed to directing you to resources that may be helpful to you as we all find a way to move forward, together.
Aqua Illinois has made me aware of financial support they are offering to eligible customers, and as my constituents, I am passing this information along to you. If you are experiencing financial hardship, Aqua has set funds aside and is offering grants and expanded payment flexibility for eligible customers.
Requesting assistance is simple – just call Aqua at 877.987.2782 and tell them how you have been financially impacted by COVID-19. A phone call is all it takes, and their customer service team will be ready to help determine if you qualify.
I have seen the strength and perseverance of the University Park community, and I am confident that we will get through this by supporting each other and coming together as one, as you do so well.
While we continue working toward brighter days ahead, if you are facing a financial hardship, I encourage you to take advantage of resources like these whenever possible.
