For more information, we encourage our customers to call Aqua Illinois’ direct line for University Park billing questions at 815.614.2066. We've made significant strides, together

University Park’s water quality continues to meet state and federal drinking water benchmarks, also known as the compliance action level. This progress reflects improvements that were made possible thanks to coordination with the nation’s top water chemistry experts, state and federal regulators and you – our valued customers.

We previously waived water bills and waived or capped sewer bills while we laid the foundation for water quality improvements – a decision that was unprecedented by any water provider. We offered these temporary adjustments as an outward expression of our goodwill and customer care. As we continue to rebuild with you, serving you remains our highest priority.

Standard water billing policies are in place, and we continue to operate from a place of support.

We're here for our valued customers

We know that rebuilding trust takes time, and you can rely on us for continued support. We want to

ensure you’re aware of the ways we can assist in this billing transition:

  • Free resources: We continue to offer free filters, filter replacements and bottled water to eligible customers at our distribution center at this time.

  • Aqua financial assistance options: Customers in need can call our direct line for University Park billing questions at 815.614.2066 to learn about assistance programs like Aqua Aid and payment plans.

  • Temporary financial assistance: The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is a new temporary program that was created by the federal government to help families that are experiencing hardship with their water bills. University Park customers can learn more about this support and eligibility by calling the Will County Center for Community Concerns at 815.722.0722.

  • Ongoing support: We understand that you may have questions, and we stand ready to be a resource in any way possible. Continue to visit WaterFactsIL.com for updates or call us with any questions.

Here's how to read your bill
