March 2020 community updates
3/23/2020 - As we have all experienced in the past few days, public health experts and regulators are recommending significant changes to our daily lives to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Please know that today at the distribution center, each customer is receiving
We are hopeful this will allow us to provide bottled water to as many customers as possible.
While we have every intention of continuing our distribution center services, we have been in contact with our water suppliers and continued shortages may require us to further limit or adjust our operations in the coming days. At this time, we are continuing to explore options to avoid supply shortages.
Remember, under the advisory, you can consume your tap water at home after running your cold tap water for two to three minutes and using a certified filter, like the ones we provided. You can also continue using unfiltered tap water for non-consumption uses.
Your bills will not be impacted by water use because your water bills are waived, and sewer bills are capped at rates set before the advisory began.
As we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our customers and employees, we will provide further updates as this situation evolves.
3/12/2020 - We would like to remind you that, if you are under the advisory, you can consume your tap water if you flush and filter.
First, run your cold tap for two to three minutes and then filter it through an NSF-certified filter, like the faucet and pitcher filters we have provided. Make sure to follow all manufacturers’ instructions to ensure proper filter use.
As always, you can continue to use unfiltered tap water for non-consumption uses like washing your hands, bathing and washing dishes.
It is critical that you use your water so the treatment can work. Water use will allow the treatment to move through your home’s plumbing, building a protective layer on your pipes and resolving this situation.

Keep windows closed and remain in your vehicle.
Place your ID or water bill against the closed window so we can verify your address is under the advisory.
Open the trunk from within your vehicle. If not possible, exit to open the trunk and then return directly to your vehicle while maintaining the 6-feet social distancing recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We will only place water in the trunk (no back or front seats).
