October 2019 community updates
10/3/19 - We want to remind you that we have free filter replacements available for pick-up at the information center or delivery if you call us at 877.987.2782.
If you are using the faucet filter we provided, you should start planning to replace the filter once the indicator light flashes yellow. When the indicator light is red, it is time to replace the filter. For both faucet and pitcher filters, be sure to follow all manufacturers’ instructions to determine when you need a replacement.
10/8/19 - As we continue working with national experts and regulators to build on our progress in University Park, if you remain under the advisory, we ask that you continue regularly using your tap water to speed up the treatment process.
10/18/19 - We want to thank our customers in University Park for using their tap water to help the treatment take effect.
With the community’s help, water quality in University Park is improving and we are continuing to see encouraging signs of progress.
