Free resources: We continue to offer free filters, filter replacements and bottled water to eligible customers at our distribution center at this time.

Aqua financial assistance options: Customers in need can call our direct line for University Park billing questions at 815.614.2066 to learn about assistance programs like Aqua Aid and payment plans.

Temporary financial assistance: The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is a new temporary program that was created by the federal government to help families that are experiencing hardship with their water bills. University Park customers can learn more about this support and eligibility by calling the Will County Center for Community Concerns at 815.722.0722.
